Courts Serving Kenai Peninsula Borough

Kenai Peninsula Borough is large enough to have three separate courthouse locations, each serving a different region of the peninsula. The Kenai Trial Court is the primary location for the central and northern peninsula. Homer Trial Court serves the southern peninsula. Seward District Court serves the eastern side of the peninsula near Resurrection Bay. Each court handles both Superior Court and District Court cases for its area.

If you are not sure which court handled or should handle a case, look at the community where the parties live or where the relevant events took place. Use CourtView to confirm which location a specific case was filed at. The Kenai court directory page at courts.alaska.gov lists all three locations with current contact information.
